    spacious room, quirky exterior, plunge pool

    This feels more like a 2-star hostel than a 4-star hotel!!! The bathroom had a damp smell, and the shower design was painful. Taxi arrangements should not require 48 hours' notice, especially in such a deserted location!!! Improvement needed!!!

    The a double room was clean, included a shower and towels. Had private bathroom with all essentials. Location: the hotel was right by Cancun. I stayed 1 night and would go back in flash when visiting Mexico.

    The vibrant atmosphere and unique decor were excellent, along with the spacious and comfortable standard double room that featured a good shower. It's conveniently located near shops and restaurants. The accommodations were quite basic, and some aspects of the environment reminded me of they needed improvement to match the expectations for a higher-tier hotel. The lack of dining options on-site was also a drawback, though warm bread served at nearby spots was a nice touch.

    The room was spacious with a comfy bed, and I really appreciated having a kitchen space to whip up a quick meal. There were great relaxation options, like the outdoor swimming pool and lovely sun loungers to chill on. My only minor issue was that the window faced a storage area, but it still felt private enough! 😊

    Enigmatic hotel experience is a lovely little hotel with a beautifully appointed standard double room. The bed was huge and super comfortable, and there was a nice co-working space. It's right in the heart of the action, close to public transportation for the beach. Breakfast was fantastic at the spot across the street!

    Couples looking for comfort

    The bed was super comfortable and we both really enjoyed the lattes at breakfast. After a long day, I used the kitchen space to prepare for a quick interview, it worked perfectly.

    It wasn't inexpensive but in the end, it was acceptable.

    The hotel is situated right next to Cancun, in a great location at the center of all the action. Additionally, it's just a short 10-15 minutes' walk from Tulum Avenue.

    We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of all the action. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making us feel right at home. The hotel had a range of amenities including a shared kitchen, outdoor swimming pool, and a bar/lounge area. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. We also loved the fact that there was free Wi-Fi and parking available. our experience here was top-notch!

    We would highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

    The location was absolutely mind-blowing, just a stone's throw away from the train station. We were blown away by the jaw-dropping selection of cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby. The highlight of our stay was definitely the super cool pool and funky coworking place, which provided the perfect space to relax and get some work done. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was top-notch.
